What should I do if I have technical problems with the hotspot? 

 

First, try powering the hotspot off, waiting for about 30 seconds, and powering it back on again. This resolves a surprising number of issues. 

If you continue to have problems, try T-Mobile's support pages. If you can't find an answer there, you can certainly call or chat with Hamersly Library staff and we will try to help or refer you.
