WOU's subscription to the Chronicle allows off campus in a couple of ways:
Sign up for an account at chronicle.com using your @wou.edu or @mail.wou.edu email address. If you signed up for an account before May 2020, it should be recognized, but may not be. Please let us know if not and we will work with the Chronicle to get your account linked to the subscription WOU already pays for.

The link above includes the prefix for EZProxy (https://wou.idm.oclc.org/login?url=), which allows you to access most online library resources from off campus.
