I got an error trying to access a book/article/video. How can I get it?

 

First, we're really sorry that happened! As technology evolves, sometimes unforseen errors occur. Lots of them end up being a communication issue between our EZProxy server and an outside vendor. We try to keep these from happening, but sometimes it still happens. 

Be sure to let us know if this happens, so we can fix it. While we are fixing it, here are some options that will allow you to access what you need in the meantime:

  1. Come to the library or another campus building and access the content from on campus. 
  2. Log into VDI and access the content through that.
