I sent something to the printer and it didn't come out. What's wrong?

First, check your print balance on your Portal page. Do you have enough credits to cover the full print job?  If you send a ten-page paper but only have six credits, nothing will print. 

Which printer did you send it to? If you just clicked Print without actively choosing a printer, you probably just created a digital file (PDF) rather than a paper printout. 

Is your file is very large or heavy with graphics? For a long text document, try printing only 1-2 pages. If that works, print the rest of it in portions of 50 pages.  If your document is full of images, export it to PDF format and print that file.
